Attorney Armand J. Rossetti

Armand was born in Stoneham, Massachusetts. He received a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Salem State College. After graduating, Armand held a position as a chemist at a Boston division of SmithKline. Thereafter, Armand founded Stat Toxicology Service of Boston, Inc., a highly specialized clinical toxicology laboratory.
After MetPath acquired Stat Toxicology Service, Armand attended Tufts University School of Dental Medicine, graduating with a DMD, and he continued as a postgraduate student at Tufts, receiving an advanced Certificate in Prosthodontics.
Armand next earned a J.D. from Massachusetts School of Law, where he was invited to join the MSL Law Review. After several years practicing law, Armand continued his legal education at Franklin Pierce Law Center and received an LLM in Intellectual Property and Commerce.
Following graduation from Law School, Armand worked at a Boston law firm, and then established a solo practice. During that time, Armand gained legal experience in business, administrative, personal injury and intellectual property practice. For a decade, armand has represented clients in court, before the AAA, during complex business arbitration, and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Licensed to practice in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and the District of Columbia, Armand has experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications for independent inventors and small businesses. Armand also has experience assisting businesses with obtaining copyrights and federal registration for their trademarks.
